How We Did It

We’re not going to lie, we had no clue what we were getting into when we first started. We had made smaller form documentaries in the past but this was the first ‘show’ that any of us had made on our own. Armed with an idea, a few small cameras and a whole lot of determination, we figured something out dammit!

We started with the foundation: the interviews. We quickly got a feel for the project and tapped into the camaraderie of the three leads, leading to several key additions. Props to David Weserbe for not only building The Fulshear house but for being a sport and driving his truck up and down the road many times while we captured b-roll.

Ben inevitably became the host of the series because, well.. he was around. Worked out pretty well we think! You can see his seasoned work throughout Season 2.
